Protein-DNA composite model builder

Please provide one or more connecting DNA sequences and PDB IDs of protein-DNA complex structures. For each row, you can either specify a PDB ID from the meta-pdb library or upload your own PDB file. When a PDB file is uploaded, the PDB ID will be ignored for that row. You may add up to 6 protein-DNA complex structures.

Connecting sequences and PDB sources. You can use sequences like ATCGG or A10 (A repeated 10 times).

Tail sequence (optional). You can use sequences like ATCGG or A10.
