Until it is published, please cite the server using its URL (https://web.x3dna-dssr.org/) alongside two foundational references. Recognizing the widespread popularity of our previous web framework, we recommend citing the 2019 Web 3DNA 2.0 paper (also led by Dr. Li), along with the primary 2015 DSSR paper which details the underlying analytical engine:
